Who carried the Five Loaves and Two Fish?

What do you think?

We need those young lads with their 5 Loaves of Bread and 2 Fishes

If you've been there or had anyone close to you suffer such victimisation and suspicion for yielding to the call or pioneering you'll resonate more that Elijah's need Elisha's, we need patient ones who won't give Up On the young lads carrying the 5 Loaves and 2 Fish...

Wait, pause and ponder, who actually carried the 5 Loaves and 2 Fish Jesus needed to feed over 5,000?

Today, people clamor for Never Too Young to Run and forget how we scolded our own with you're too young for Ministry. As sane as the counsel seem it needs complimentary commitments from both parties for a season of mentoring not tormenting (smiles).

I recall those counsels like all you these Young folks, you would soon burn out and run out of words, we've seen several of you before? Why do you want to waste your life? Stop being so passionate like you want to save the world (some of these counsel in the right season, to the right audience may be sane tho') ...but to chastise and intimidate any young lad having challenge with ministry with a back off call it's too early or you shouldn't be in Ministry at all needs a review.

Reminiscing on the many suspicion and predictions offered as counsel to cripple and doubt the call of God (as unintended as it were) cheaply offered and venerated from highly respected folks. Although they meant no harm, and had good intentions, we still see this vicious cycle repeated overtime.

O how we need
helpful counsels & counsellors early,
Father's who provide platforms,
Loving Elders who trust,
Patient Mentors who guide,
Teachers who accurately instruct,
Faithful friends who provide company...
rather than the unhealthy, insecured fear over any young zealous folk who walks up with a call and ends up being suspected, accused of pride not even ignorance and end up being immobilised.

We need to stop the fearmongering gist that cripples passionate folks who become weird for mentioning missions. That unusual scrutiny and threats that follow as parting words for young pioneers certainly needs to be checked!

It's true there's been abuses and deceptions but should that become an embargo and predisposed mindset with with which we see every young one. We truly need to be more gracious, patient and available to mould the young generation of God's Generals.

Quick question, why should we tell tales of great exploits of other young folks and not believe in our own? Why should we minister, pray for and refuse to believe in the upcoming generation? When did suspicion become a gift of the Spirit? Have we wondered at what age those Ministers we celebrate today, find their path and started active ministry?

We join the church triumphant to celebrate every Elder, Mentor, Father in Ministry who provide platforms, counsel, trainings and remains patient with the next generation. Thank you for being patient with our exuberances...

Pastor Maxwell Ogaga wrote;

'A young man starts a cult in school and the whole world comes after him.

A young man starts a technology company and we use him as an example to our youths

A young man starts a business and we extol how hard working he is and he is responsible.

A young man plants a church or wants to go for missions...  Then he is too young,  he needs a job,  we cut down,  despise, and counsel the calling out of the individual. ...

Not every young man is in ministry for money,  not every young man in ministry for fame, or just ambitious...
Some of us don't have any other choice... We were born for this...

"Let no one despise thy youth" '
