Just one and done!

Growing up earlier we read from that old queens premier book, and it sticker within. Hat were the lines? Here is it:
I go up, up I go, am I to go up... (complete the lines if you read this too)

Somehow, it's amazing lessons we pick from mundane things right?
Yes we go up!

We're all playing a high stakes game of one and done...

YOU have exactly one life in which to do everything you’ll ever do.

There are no do-overs. You're not getting another crack at it. There will not be a second bite of this apple called life.

One and done. That's it.

You either "get the message" or you do not.

It’s in your best interest to grow up, get serious, focus on results and take action on your goals.

If you do not. It's your own fault.

No one is stopping you from making your mark on the world...No one but you.

A short list of things which are never going to happen…without purposeful action.

The sale will not close without asking for the order.

You will never be accepted by a school to which you do not apply.

No one will ever read the book that you do not write.

You will never enjoy six-pack abs without diet and exercise.

You will not change your results, if you do not change your behavior.

You will not become better educated by binge watching Netflix.

You will never finish what you do not start.

The moral?

Your goals, dreams and intentions will never see daylight without commitment, focus and action
