When the Advocate has Planned to Sabotage...

It takes faith to hire an advocate of no repute for a very sensitive case that the life of many hang on. The question bickers for answer to say, how do you know which Advocate to trust?

Who's been advocating for you?

Really in life, we all have people speaking for us, pleading cases we may not even know of. Exactly my point, words travel faster than people. You may have been heard of where you haven't even reached at all.

Royalty travelled many miles just to confirm the news of a certain Royal whose subjects were all royal and loyal. Yes, such risk of faith because of good words received from far. We all need the right people speaking for us, telling others good stuffs about us, not speaking I'll of us.

A certain store had this displayed:

"If our services satisfied your demands tell others, but if not tell us"

Beautiful concept I must say. It's a mutual duty of care I believe to watch out and contribute to each other getting better, rather than pulling others down with the hope to rise higher. Remember, putting off another man's candle doesn't make yours shine brighter.

Any way, I wanted to show you off a certain pretentious Advocate we ignorantly hired to speak against us.
The best way to sabotage yourself is to employ a sworn enemy to represent you or speak for you with a liberty to say anything that should be thought of as you.

The heart of man, the many voices in our head, the conscience of man, the opinions of others seem to act the scenes of a regular court room - an example is the popular parable of the unjust judge that's if you get what am saying.

The devil is a sworn enemy to mankind, but many times he loans his Counsel to us as an advocate in our detriment, while we presume it's a cheap offer

When the Holy Spirit shows us an area in our hearts that needs repentance, we must overcome the instinct to defend ourselves. We must silence the little lawyer who steps out from a dark recess in our minds pleading, “My client is not so bad.” This false defense attorney will defend you until the day you die, and if you listen to him you will never see what is wrong in you nor face what needs to change. To grow beyond our present limitations, the voice of our self- preservation instincts must be muted. Christ alone is our true advocate.

God's Grace imparts divine 'abilities' and has 'responsibilities'
(empowering our response-to His-abilities in us). As an accuser, with destruction plans, satan, schemes to cheat us from the authentic voice of Christ who alone is our True Advocate, with a false defense attorney, the voice of our own self preservation instincts that must be muted. In fact if we could defend ourselves we won't need the ministry of Christ, let's yield to His voice and allow Him only as our advocate.

It's in Christ that we have forgiveness and remission of sins through his blood.

We are now imparted with the same nature of Christ, to live the GodLife as the righteousness of God that we have become.

Yes, the cache of the old life, the memories, may leave a trace that makes it deceptive to think we were still slaves to sin may be there, but you must renew your mind knowing we are no longer a slave to sin but now a child of God needing no other defense attorney other than Jesus Christ!

We respond to the voice and the bidding of our original defense attorney who has made all provisions in our favor. We really could respond to the chastisement of the spirit without defending ourselves, excusing evil in any form.
